According to [Barbados plantation history](http://creolelinks.com/barbados-plantation-history.html) the estate had been owned in 1826 by James Nathaniel Crichlow in 1826. He was possibly the father of Ralph, Samuel and Ann Crichlow? Other owners were: Edwin Lascelles (1796), James Nurse (1801) and Philip Lytcott Applewhaite (1841). In 1844 the estate was in Chancery.
