Not yet identified in the compensation records.Original grantee of Lot no.26 Courland Bay division (St David parish) (which became the Mount Grace estate) was Thos. Rainey (possibly the Thomas Rainy of Dominica whose will was proved 1822) on19/04/1768; Present Possessor 'Mrs Douglas & Others.' In 1832 the Owner was given as 'Hrs [sic] Peggy Campbell.'; it was out of cultivation by 1862.
