A sugar estate in St James, Jamaica, until the creation of Trelawney in 1770.Owned by John Blagrove the elder and bequeathed to his son Thomas in 1755. However, Thomas died before probate was granted and the estate passed to Thomas's son John Blagrove the younger, a minor at the time.
