According to Hughes-Queree John Brathwaite was the owner in 1825; Barrallier's map lists him as the owner of 'Stuarts Hill' [also known as Mount Harmony]. 8 May 1833, for sale in Chancery: Higginson v Hunte. It was the late property of J. F. Hunte, but then of the Rev. John Brathwaite. No corresponding entry in the Slave Registers has been found, but John Brathwaite registered 124 enslaved people
