Listed in the Slave Register of 1817 and all the almanacs as Amity Hall, although listed in the compensation records as St Helens Pen. Joseph Timperon (along with William Litt and Jonathan Harrison) was a London factor for the Goulburns sugar crop from Amity Hall in Vere from at least 1795 to 1803.
