This estate was presumably that of the Archbould or Archibald family: William Yeamans Archbould died c. 1763 leaving his property to his widow Eliza. Rachel Ann Yeamans, who remarried Sir James Laroche (q.v.). While one of Eliza. Yeamans likely estates - renamed Laroche's - has been traced, to date the Archbould or Archibald & Brown's estate has not been found earlier than 1832.
