The original purchaser of Barbados Bay (St George parish) Lot no. 20 on 16/05/1766, which became Retreat, was David Fogo, who held it still in 1773. It did not appear on the 1832 list in Woodcock and it has not been found in the compensation records. 'Present Possessor' c. 1866 'unknown.'
