Note that there is no record of Dottins on Barrallier's 1825 map (nor does it appear in the Hughes-Queree Index of Plantations [Barbados Department of Archives]). It appears to be the estate later known as Greenland or Greenlands. The main estate owned by Abel Rous Dottin was Coverley in Christ Church. Dottin had sold the enslaved on Dottins by 1823 having owned 127 enslaved on the property in 182
