(Added reference to claim: hasDescription (P66): power the mills. Most of the southern plantations of Clarendon continued to rely on cattle and wind power to run the mills. Parnassus was dominated by flat land which facilitated cane growing although it lacked the heights required for water to gain enough force to drive a mill.
