However, they also note that in 1803 Mary Wiltshire, widow, late of Barbados but by then of Cavendish Square, Middlesex, England, mortgaged to Thomas & John Daniel. Recited mortgage of 1797 for £9,000 and there was a further mortgage of £5,445. Both mortgages / reference
