Gomersal / Gomers Hall
This estate appears to have been formed from enslaved people owned by Sarah Fayle nee Hilton on Enfield estate. After Fayle's death the enslaved people were owned jointly by her widower Henry Fayle, Allan Hilton and John Preston Hilton and registered in one group. Henry Fayle was awarded compensation for some of them on Gomers Hall and the two Hiltons for the remaining enslaved people on Enfield.
