The American State Papers entry for this plot, referenced by OB No 274, states that the plot was sold by Colin Lacour after his death in 1797. RootsWeb World Connect (wc.rootsweb.com) lists his name as Nicolas dit (called) Collin Lacour, brother-in-law of the Widow Lacour.
