This location references land on the Martin Bourgeat estate in the 1790s. According to the American State Papers Martin Bourgeat (1773-?), son of the Widow Bourgeat, purchased this plot from his uncle Frederic (Francisco) Riche (1748-1803) sometime between 1788 and 1803. Either or both Martin Bourgeat and Frederic Riche may have lived at this estate in the 1790s.
