We assume this to be the 1790s location of the estate of the Widow LaTendresse, or Marie Anne Recuron who was the wife of Jean Baptiste the younger Legros dit Latendresse (1760-1786) (rootsweb.com). The Widow LaTendress remarried Etienne Ardoine Jr who, according to the American State Papers and historical plat map, was the owner of this plot.
