An estate in Grenada in the quartier des Sauteurs and the parish of St. Patrick, identified as lot 1 in Daniel Paterson's <em>Topographical Description of the Island of Grenada</em> (1780) and as Estate 1 in Gavin Smith's <em>Plan of the Island of Grenada</em> (1801). Identified in 1824 as Mount William. Between the maps of 1780 and 1801 the estate increased in size, taking land from neighbouring
Mount Alexander.
