1. The original purchaser of Barbados Bay division (St George parish) Lot. no. 6 on 19/03/1767 was Roger Smith: Woodcock shows Roger Smith also as the purchaser of Barbados Bay division Lot no. 13 (which was omitted by Fowler). Lots nos. 6 and 13 together with Lot no. 15 (purchased 19/03/1767 by Archibald Kennedy) came together to form the Cradley estate. By 1773 the Present Proprietor of Lots nos
. 6 and 15 (and presumably no. 13 too) was Thomas Cotton. In 1832 the owner was 'Hrs Wilson & Cunningham'; the estate was still in cultivation in 1862 and the Present Possessor c. 1866 was Jas. Cunningham.
